  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Using DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Using EMS for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Live plants (Azaleas, Berries, Blackberries, Blueberries, Boxwood, Camellias, Currants, Gardenias, Hydrangeas, Japanese Maple Trees, Raspberries)
  • Perishable goods (Fruit Trees, Rare Plants)

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange. We will notify you via email once this is complete.

Refund Policy

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item, we will send you the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
